By downloading, installing, or using the Patter mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Patter is a baby tracking application that allows parents and caregivers to log and monitor their baby's sleep, feeding, and diaper changes. Premium subscribers receive access to additional features including pattern prediction analysis.

3. User Accounts and Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete registration information
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Free Version: The basic version of Patter is free to use with unlimited tracking features.

Premium Subscription: Premium features are available through monthly ($4.99) or yearly ($29.99) subscriptions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Refunds: Refunds are handled according to the policies of the iOS App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable.

5. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Share your account with others
Use automated systems to access the App
Upload malicious code or viruses
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Patter is a tracking and organizational tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The predictions and analyses provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider for any questions regarding your baby's health or development.

7. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain all rights to the data you input into Patter. We do not claim ownership of your tracking data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Intellectual Property

The Patter App, including its design, code, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATTER AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Patter at any time for violations of these Terms of Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the App. Your continued use of Patter after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
